Croydon Council PCN
« on: »
Hello All,

Croydon council sent me a PCN last year and I received it after the appeal date.

The PCN stated that I had gone through a pedestrian zone but the sign In the video and the photo isn’t visible.

I reached out to them, they sent me a letter to which I responded to.

They asked me what exactly I’m appealing and I told them.

After that, there was no response and a couple of weeks ago, they sent me a letter increasing the charge.

They haven’t given me any chance to go to Tribunal.

Does anyone have any advice regarding this matter?

TIA

Post up the PCN and Charge Certificate and all other communications.
I REGRET THAT, FOR THE PRESENT, I AM UNABLE TO TAKE ON ANY MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. THIS IS FOR BOTH PERSONAL AND LEGAL REASONS. PLEASE DO NOT PM ME UNLESS YOU HAVE POSTED YOUR THREAD ON THE FORUM AND I WILL ATTEMPT TO GIVE ADVICE.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
