Hi folks,
Today I had the joy of receiving PCN for parking on footpath.
Car was parked for less than 10 minutes (not that it matters), as I was gertting boxes to take to recycling center.
Please see attached the pics and PCN.

After searching the forums, the only argument I can think would be that it's trivial. I also have booking reference for recycling center in Harrow at 10:30, I reached by 10:40 and there is video recording there.
Please advise.

It looks like a really wide road, is there any reason why you parked like this in the first place?

Anyway, please give us the PCN number and number plate, also please confirm if you are the registered keeper and if not what your connection to the registered keeper is.

I don't think Harrow are contesting much if anything at the tribunal, but before we get to that you have two rounds of representations where you can ask for a discretionary cancellation, so you might as well make use of that.

Have you had any PCNs from Harrow before?
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor nor a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193.

Hate to say, but it's my better half and there is no reason to park like that.
I thought we should hide PCN and number plate as it identifies completely. I am the registered keeper of the car.
I don't remember receiving PCN from Harrow for a long time.

So? The council has this information already, and if you appeal to the tribunal those details will be published (along with your full name) on the tribunal website, so you have nothing at all to gain by hiding this information but you do make it harder for us to help you.
