PCN Yellow Box Junction - Homerton High Street/Wardle Street
« on: »
Hello, I am new to the forum and wanted some advise regarding receiving a PCN for stopping in this famous yellow box junction at Homerton/Wardle Street. I have read few posts about other motorists regarding the same spot and most are on the main road (Homerton High Road).

My defence for entering the box was firstly, I am coming out of a one way side road (Wardle street) on to main road (Homerton High Street) so I technically was only barely in the box and I don’t think I was potential blocking the path of any would be emergency vehicle leaving the fire station.

I have uploaded photos on TFL and PCN letter to Google drive - Please see link below

There is no CCTV footage from TFL, they only provided images

I have not appealed or contacted TFL yet. Any help tips and advice would be appreciated.

you should ask TFL for the video and they will send you a DVD

Your google drive link doesn't work, please re-post it.

Also phone TFL first thing on Monday and ask for the video, they will send you a DVD in the post and put the penalty on hold while you wait.
