Hi there
I have just received a PCN for turning into Sydney Road, Barkingside, Essex, during pedestrian only restricted hours. I had no idea those restrictions were in place, and clearly did not see the signs informing me as such.
I have read on previously posts about this road that the blue sign is the key element as it doesnt list the term dates during which this restriction is in force. Can someone help me please find the right wording to have the PCN overturned.
