I have received a PCN arising from entering the restricted bus lane at Camrose Avenue Harrow. The camera footage shows my entry but doesn't capture my subsequent and immediate action of vacating the lane as soon as I realised my error. If I challenge do I have any defence and will they have footage to confirm my statement? Anyone been in the same situation and succeeded on appeal.
