Please could you advise whether there may be any ground to appeal the below PCN where I accidentally drove through a prohibited zone at 9.03am at 9 February?

What was your approach to the restricted street, a left turn, a right turn, or head-on ?

Head-on indeed, coming from the rail bridge near Park Village East. I was on my way to Mornington Crescent and followed my car navigation without noticing the sign at all.

Oh dear ! How many times to we see this. Never, ever, rely on satnavs in London unless you look out for signs barring progress.  Do you know what the "Flying Motorbike" signs mean ?

Yes, you've made a fair point. Perhaps best to just settle the PCN as it does look a bit hopeless...

If you'd made a left or right turn into the restriction, one can always argue on inabiity to see the signs if there is no advance warning, but a head-on approach is much more difficult.
