I live in the area for 6 years a couple of roads above the ones that the PCN is about. I've never seen this prohibition, it must be somewhat new I suppose, and I retrospectively found out that they do this for the school that's located on that road. However, my son's school does not have such prohibitions! So it's literally something new to me.
Anyway, I went to change my car's tyres, and I entered a road at times that I shouldn't have, and got 2 PCNs for 2 different roads...I didn't even pay attention to any prohibition signage; it's placed a little weird as well. The signage is covered during half-terms or school holidays (I took a picture of that too because it was really strange to me).
ChatGPT said that at least one of them should be cancelled due to quick succession (less than 5 mins). I had to reply to them because I was going to leave for holidays, so I did challenge it with what AI suggested. Also, my return flight got cancelled due to flight conditions, which added 4 more days to my leave. I was away for almost 2.5 weeks altogether and the payments are now overdue, of course.
