Hi I need some help with this . I am a blue badge holder and We have a sunlight Centre on Richmond Road in Gillingham Kent  It’s basically a healthy living Centre with GP’s , Pharmacy ,cafe and domestic abuse services in one building . I used it many times . No problems

It’s quite a way from my house ,so I haven’t been there for over a year. I got back home today and opened my mail and I got a PCN . I’ve never had one before . I went to the sunlight Centre see what time the Domestic abuse services are now scheduled for as it’s changed .

I’m very confused because accounting to the labour Medway council ,it’s now a pedestrian zone . From 8.30 .I have asked for the CCTV and I also have a dash cam in my car.

Are non disabled people and disabled people not allowed to access the services at the sunlight Centre ? Especially domestic abuse .

The sunlight Centre has disabled bays for people and I’ve never had a problem before .

Please help

We need to see the PCN, or if you can't post it what are the PCN number and car VRM (numberplate).

No video online but sign gives exemption for certain permit holders and buses so I doubt if there is a BB exemption. It looks like a school street timed zone so you can go through at other times.

Burnt Oak Primary School, Gillingham
streets: Cornwall Road, Devonshire Road, Richmond Road
morning operating time: 8.15am to 9am
afternoon operating time: 2.45pm to 3.45pm.

We should check the PCN.

The centre can be accessed from other directions and the centre itself is not within the restricted area, so I don't think that putting your case in this binary fashion would work.

Let's look for other avenues.

As per stamfordman, we need to see the PCN.

And the rest pl.

Sorry if we're being a pain, but these docs are crucial and we have members who can find flaws where none might be apparent to you.

Traffic-free zones set up around schools to make streets safer are still being ignored six months on with residents split ahead of its expansion.

I think you should try a polite challenge based on your circumstances.

Wait for someone to check the PCN.
