PCN Ealing, 34j, being in a bus lane Uxbridge Road
« on: »
I was soon to be turning left and might have went into the Bus lane earlier than I should have. I have entered when it was on zigzag markings and I thought that was the end of the bus lane as I could see the signs in the distance where it was right turn only in the lane I was in.  The sign in front of the crossing was hidden from my view by a tree obstruction and it was too many things too look at as I had to focus on the pedestrian crossing and lights potentially turning red.

What would be a good reason to dispute this? Thanks for your help

Submit reps by all means, but so far I don't see any "killer" appeal at London Tribunals, to be honest.

Dear Ealing

I make this challenge against PCN..................

1. Insert your own narrative.

2. The repeater sign to diagram 959B is obscured by foliage.

3. I put you to strict proof that the camera used to capture the video evidence is approved.  Unless you can do so, the evidence is inadmissible.

In light of the above, pleas cancel the said PCN.

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
