With another vehicle, I had the same issue, within a couple of weeks (before I was aware of the Contravention)

Please see attached

Can someone please post the video?

When did you receive this revoking order from TEC?

And have you received anything else since?

I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.

Please stop posting documents sideways, it's really annoying. So you've got another charge certificate:

No, a longer video cannot be posted, that's the only video that exists. If you think that turning round and going back would help, it won't, the contravention occurs when you go past the signs.

At this point all you can do is go round the houses again by making a further statutory declaration. Rather than then just sitting on your hands, once the 14 day charge certificate period has expired, check the amount due at least once a week on https://pcnevidence.lewisham.gov.uk/pcnonline/index.php. As soon as it goes up to £204 you can download form PE3 and do the same as you did last time.

Once it's been witnessed you can email the completed form (as a scan or photograph) to tec@justice.gov.uk with the PCN number in the subject line and both the Order for Recovery and the Charge Certificate will be revoked.

The council will then re-issue the PCN, again don't rely on the post just keep checking the council website. You'll know the PCN is back at the initial stage when the outstanding charge changes to £65.

I can't see the council reoffering the discount if you make representations, so unless someone spots a killer argument, you might want to just settle for £65 rather than dragging this out any further.

Also, please don't misuse the "report post" functionality.

You might also phone and ask Lewisham if there are any other other PCNs outstanding against your registration mark(s).

Thank you for the replies, I only used the 'report ' function as I wanted to remove the image that has an address/name on it

Thanks

Fair point, but you've posted that document yourself further up?

Are you clear on what you need to do next?
