Hello all, New year.. New PCN.

So on New Years day, i for some strange reason thought parking restrictions were lifted. Lots of cars parked on that stretch of road and no street signs on that side of the road.
Parked on single yellow line and got a PCN, just checking with you guys if there is an any errors or issues on the PCN which would make this PCN void ?

Newham enforces single yellow lines on public holidays and this is presumably in a controlled zone so this looks bang to rights. You could have parked OK in a permit/shared use/pay bay.
