Select "there was no contravention" as a ground if available on the website.
The alleged contravention did not occur as the video does not show any upright signage allegedly passed. Additionally, your Penalty Charge Notice is flawed which results in a procedural impropriety. Please provide the camera certification for the device used to record the offence. In light of this, please cancel the PCN.
Procedural impropriety is NOT a ground and it is not strategic to remind them they must have a VCA certificate. Just crack on in this mode if you want to give them several goals.

Website: this needs to be a screenshot AND try to select a ground under the box by entering the correct grounds. And screenshot that too. YOU NEED TO ENTER THE GROUNDS AS STATED ON THE PCN TO SHOW PREJUDICE NOT THAT THIS IS RELEVANT. If this were mine, I would try to enter both the correct grounds and those stated on the PCN.
