Dear Sir

Please help in this I received the PCN at Petty wales which I challenged but the declined and offered me to pay reduced amount within 21 days,
I challenged based on that I was about to pick the passenger as driving for Uber and it was allowed to load and unload at this point but I didn’t even stopped and uturn as soon I saw passengers walked out of this area, so I just done uturn came out without stop which they had only 8 seconds video uploaded, I provided them trip ID etc
But they refused my representation,
I have attached below the original PCN and refuse PCN and Google map of area

This is an easy appeal as the PCN is flawed.

Would you like me to represent you at the tribunal?
