PCN - 46: Stopped where prohibited (on a red route or clearway)

Hi all,

I hope all is well.

I was parked in a red bay with a Disabled Blue Badge displayed. There were other cars which were parked before I had got there. It was only 10 mins before the time of the red route ended. Is there an appeal for this?
