I pulled up on yellow lines to allow a parked car to leave. I reversed back and could see no visible yellow lines in the rear view mirror or wing mirror. My front tyre was behind visible but faded  yellow lines. I returned to a parking ticket. The photos show what was visible on the road where I parked. There were just little pieces of yellow marks. The car behind had moved when I had returned and there was about 18” of double yellow lines now visible. These had previously been hidden by the parked vehicle. Can I dispute this please? Thank you.
