Hi There,
I got this ticket on the Friday 9th Feb 2024 at 16:50 when my wife was coming back from school after picking up my kid and his friend. It was requested by the parents to drop them to their place Canteley Gardens. my wife was driving the car and there road closures and there was no clear signs that it is is not possible to enter that street and no possibility to go any where else apart from turning back which at that time wasnt looking like a possibility.

Due to road closures from the way to home from school.

I think the sign on the right is missing. There is a pole but no sign.

Frankly, I can't see an appeal to London Tribunals succeeding on inadequate signage. Please expand on the road closures. Closures should sign a diversion, this is a legal obligation.

Well, I can't see any signs in the video (but I don't think that will get you very far):

The GSV image from 2020 shows perfectly clear signs, so this begs the question of why your wife drove past the signs, does she just not know what they mean?

If there were diversion signs that gives a ray of hope, but we would need specifics, not just a general assertion that there were diversions in the area.

In the meantime I'll get hold of the traffic order.

@pulkitbawa@gmail.com I've now got The Redbridge (Prescribed Routes) (No. 4) Traffic Order 2023 but as you paid without putting a holding representation in to protect your position (or dignifying us with any other response), I'm not going to look at it as it would be pointless.
