Does the PCN show any readable images of the signs? I'll PM you later. Did you screenshot as suggested?

Homework:

Go to make a challenge. Screenshot the main page. In the box: select a reason, type in a statutory ground from the PCN and screenshot the result. There are 5 grounds.
