Parking fine O1o

Good evening,

I was hoping somebody could give me some advice on this parking fine I have been given. I was parked on double yellow with my disabled badge displayed however when I came back to the car I noticed a ticket on my windscreen. I was back within the 3 hours and unsure why I was given this ticket. Please could anyone help and advise me if this is a valid ticket as I don’t believe I have done anything wrong.

I have attached the photos the officer has uploaded and also the penalty notice.

Give us the PCN number and your VRM and we can access the council's photos while you're wrestling with linking docs.

The clock is set to 07:00, should it have been 19:00? What time did you park there?

Hi, it shows 7 and above it says 19 (to show pm). I got there then and the ticket was issued at 8.40pm

The CEO made a mistake - if indeed this was the issue - because BB clocks are not 24-hr, they're 12-hr. IMO, just make simple reps on this point and send a copy of your BB

So do you think the ticket is invalid? Should I challenge the penalty and send a copy of my blue badge stating it’s a 12hr clock?
