Hello all,

Got a PCN on 10/2 for "Parked after the expiry of paid for time - Electronic Payment".

Paid for 60 mins from 1121 till 1221, forgot about renewing parking, then paid (without going back to the vehicle) for 90 mins at 1244 till 1414

Got a PCN at 1233, with photos taken of my vehicle at 1225-1235.

I managed to drive off forgetting to take off the PCN on the windscreen, and only remembered it when it flew off when my windscreen wipers fired up.

Emailed enquiries@rbkcparking.com on 10/2 asking for my PCN details.

I didn't get a reply by 16/2, so I emailed again on 16/2.

I got a reply to my initial email on 18/2;

Then I got a reply to my second email on 20/2;

The second email feels particularly naughty.

Unfortunately I can't upload a PCN as I've lost it, happy to upload photos if required.
