Hello i got a PCN for parking in a red route which had designated times for light goods vehicle. it was attached to the windscreen. The signage poll faces the opposite side traffic. When i parked there the signage was further down with the signage side facing in the opposite direction.

I just want to know is there any circumstances that can help in the informal appeal to the council for such a pcn?

I suffer from a medical problem with a digestive condition. I only stopped to use the toilets at a restaurant there.

I presume your vehicle is not a goods vehicle, so you need something to convince them no contravention was committed.

Google Street View. It looks like this: -
