I'm busy today but will tweak tomorrow.

Thank you I appreciate it

Sorry forgot about this.

You need to send something now as deadline approaching. I would send this.

I am repeating my initial challenge that the contravention did not occur as there was no suspension sign on the parking sign in the bay my vehicle was parked in.

I was entitled to rely on the parking sign.

In your rejection you say that 'parking signage does not need to be positioned directly adjacent to every individual bay' - which is not true as an unsigned bay is unrestricted, but in this case there was a shared use parking sign granting parking rights during controlled hours to permit holders or pay by phone users.

Should you reject my representations I put you on notice I will seek costs at the tribunal and I trust this time you will admit your error and cancel this PCN.
