I would like someone to please assist me in my appeal to these tickets. I have received four of the same ticket for the contravention outlined in the subject above. I have been using this route for years then a sign has been put up, that I didn't notice, probably due to habit of driving the same route for years, stating certain vehicles cant go down it.

I initially appealed the tickets using this:
"Formal Appeal: PCNs MT01838156, MT01906201, MT0194314A, MT01944867 Vehicle Reg: KM73NKR.
I appeal these four PCNs (Code 52J, LTN - Abbey Road). Repeated charges confirm systemic clarity failure.
Ground 1: Procedural Impropriety. The PCN is invalid. See section 4(8)(b) of the LLA & TFL Act 2003 mandates the PCN "specify the form" for representations. The PCN fails this requirement, which constitutes a legal ground for cancellation. Ground 2: Inadequate Signage. Location has severe information overload: a dense cluster of conflicting signs (width limit, controlled zone, speed limit, parking) as well as being near 7ft restrictions. This is ambiguous as vehicle complies with width restriction, distracting environment prevents reliable restriction identification.
I demand immediate cancellation of all four PCNs. If rejected, provide a Notice of Rejection and full documentation to appeal to the Traffic Adjudicator."

See my initial appeal and their reply and the evidence.

Thanks in advance

PM received. Does the PCN show any images of the signs allegedly passed? Also, their website usually contains wrong grounds.

See my initial link in my profile re the PCN. Can't access any NOR.

@Incandescent!

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

Thanks for your reply, yes please see here:

I see from one PCN no images. So the ground is that the PCN(s) are invalid because they fail to particularise which vehicles i.e. motor vehicles. Won a case on this last week v Croydon.

I suggest Tribunal time and am happy to assist.

Hi,
See all PCN received in here:

https://imgpile.com/p/qPXC6UD

So you are saying that I can dispute these?
Should I put in a further appeal using the grounds: That the PCN(s) are invalid because they fail to particularise which vehicles i.e. motor vehicles
Should I add any more detail, able you able to give me reference to the case you won?

Assistance in anything moving forward I would be massively grateful. £80 x 4 is a ridiculous amount to be fined.

If you can please help me with my tribunal appeal I would be very grateful
