Yours are that you turned right into the road, thereby giving you ample time to observe signs, and that you parked no more than a few metres from the sign.
The sign has been in situ since at least Sept. 2023.
As regards the bare facts of the contravention itself, IMO you(if the registered keeper)stand well less than 50% chance at adjudication.(pl don't ask what odds, this is not such a precise procedure).
