Apparently many people have made the same mistake as reported by below article.

Thousands fined for performing prohibited turn in The Bridge, in Wealdstone

Want to know everyone's opinion about appealing with below arguments. Thank you all very much for your time.:

  • No-Right Turn Light Off at Traffic Light at Night
As you can see at below picture, the left traffic light and the middle traffic light were out of order, make it harder to see and I may also add I could easily be dazzled by the main traffic light.
  • Small Font of "Except Buses and Cycle" At traffic Light
What can I say.. Just not legible at night.
  • No Marked Solid Bus Lane for the Split Right Lane
The road splitting to two lane, while there isn't road ahead, the right can only make right turn and there is no solid white line. It is almost too late before you can see the no right turn sign.

Dashcam video: yes the time stamp doesn't, just my dash cam's time setting was off.

I have reviewed this on GSV and there appears to be no option but to reverse once you get to this traffic light in a car. There is a 'left turn only' sign by Bespoke Finishes just before the bus stop about 400m before the junction visible 4 seconds into your video. Was that illuminated? It doesn't look as though the light was working on your video. An expert will be along soon, but I suggest that might be a significant point to note.

Thanks! That was not illuminated and if it wasn't you I wouldn't know if it was supposed to be lit.
Close look from Google Map shows there is a light on top of it!

Do a search of the location on the PCN in the London Tribunals statutory register.
https://www.londontribunals.gov.uk/about/registers-appeals

The article says there have been some wins here. I would say, how can one be turning right, when there is no straight ahead route ?

I guess the sign before does say left turn only; it would be better if it was signed as 'no entry with exceptions' at the lights. But I'm not about to do the Council's work for them.
