I was aware of the suspension prior but didn’t know it included Monday 14/07/2025. I thought it was Friday Saturday Sunday (I know, not the smartest individual). I went abroad on 10/07/2025 and parked the car on Elmhurst Road beforehand. I came back to the UK on 13/07/2025 and parked the car on Whitley Road (where the ticket was issued) after in the evening. I don’t remember this parking suspension sign being there on the pole when I parked it would’ve caught my eye since I’m parking right in front of it but I can’t say for certain it wasn’t there.

Technically it wasn’t directly parked in front of house numbers 9, 11, 13. it was parked on the opposite side/ even side (front of House Number 4A) but not sure if this is relevant since in the letter dated 15/08/2025 it acknowledges this by stating “In: opp 9 Whitley Road N17”.

I used my car after work on Monday 14/07/2025 and there was no ticket, so I had no clue I got a ticket until I received a NOTICE TO OWNER letter on 15/08/2025.
My dad appealed without my notice so I don’t know exactly what he wrote nor do I have a picture of it, but I assume he wrote how the ticket wasn’t on the window and that we can pay the discounted rate (£80.00) rather than the £160.00. It got rejected stating once issued it doesn’t invalidate the Notice if it’s not found by the driver.

Appreciate the help!

Happy to be your representative at the tribunal. Haringey don't create temporary orders properly, they do one for the whole borough for 18 months. Email mrmustard@zoho.com
I help you pro bono (for free). I now ask that a £40 donation is made to the North London Hospice before I take over your case. I have an 85% success rate across 2,000 PCNs but some PCNs can't be beaten and I will tell you if your case looks hopeless before asking you to donate.
