Hi! I challenged this PCN back on June 10th. Got a confirmation email right away but haven't received a reply yet. It's been more than 3 weeks. Would i get a reply by email or just a letter? worried i might've missed a letter? Thank you :)

Have Merton an online facility for checking the status of the PCN? Sometimes lurking under Pay/Challenge my PCN or somesuch.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
