Hi FTLA Forum,

Looking for some help to see if it would be possible to challenge the following PCN.

@cp8759 if you could take a look / cast your eye over this when you next have chance it would be much appreciated thank you :)

I parked in the following on street parking bay (2641567) and forgot to extend my parking (there was a 43minute gap between

renewing) and I was issued a PCN at 2024hrs.

What time did your session expire.

@stamfordman my session expired at 2002hrs (under Ring Go), then was subsequently renewed at 2045hrs.

The PCN was correctly served at way over 10 min grace.

I take it you are looking for a fault on the PCN - someone may spot something.

@stamfordman, yes looking for any faults on the PCN that could be challenged / overturn the PCN.

Thank you :)

I see no errors on the PCN. The discount beckons, I think.

There is no such thing as a PCN that can't be successfully challenged, there's always a way. I don't have the time to help everyone but it can be done even in a case that appears entirely hopeless, such as this one.
