OK, so you saw the sign and unfortunately read into the restriction from its photograph, that it was there to allow access to the driveway. It's always fatal to do this, because the sign clearly says the suspension is opposite 3c and 3d, and says nothing about access. Who knows why they need the extra space, maybe to park a van or a skip ?. You parked opposite 3c so got a ticket. The sign seems clear enough to me, I cannot see any credible argument against the PCN, sorry to have to say it. However, this being Haringey, there may be a tchnical argument based on Haringey's mismanagement of the enforcement process, so wait a bit and see what others say. The downside of appeals based on techicalities is you'd have to take them to London Tribunals and risk the full PCN amount.
