Call the tribunal and change the Comms preference to email, you don't want to be relying on the post.

Do not reply by post, as Hippocrates says you can email your reply to queries@londontribunals.org.uk

But you must still call to change the Comms preference on the case, until you do that they will reply by post.

I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.

I REGRET THAT, FOR THE PRESENT, I AM UNABLE TO TAKE ON ANY MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. THIS IS FOR BOTH PERSONAL AND LEGAL REASONS. PLEASE DO NOT PM ME UNLESS YOU HAVE POSTED YOUR THREAD ON THE FORUM AND I WILL ATTEMPT TO GIVE ADVICE.

If you do not challenge, you join "The Mugged Club".

cp8759 and mrmustard are true geniuses. I know my place in the hierarchy of The Three Musketeers. 😊 "The Clinician", "The Gentleman" and "The Showman"

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

To Socrates from "Hippocrates"

They didn't even provide any evidence and, because of the system, I could not even access the case on the Tribunal's portal: no Verification Code when it goes around the houses.  ;D  ;D  ;D  ;D

Usual website BS and I e mailed them for their evidence a week before. NOWT.

Case reference 2250285774.

I did mention this story at the end of the hearing. Not the first link. But he knows us/me anyway so who cares anymore?

No wonder ... £55 milion annually !!! They are not bothered by few that appeals..

Key Insights from 2025 Information:

High Volume: Lambeth issued around 363,926 PCNs in 2023-24, indicating substantial enforcement.

Revenue: PCNs generate significant income for Lambeth, with council reports mentioning figures around £55 million annually by late 2025, suggesting high payment/non-cancellation rates.

Contract Overspend: In December 2025, Lambeth approved extra funds for parking contracts, partly due to increased enforcement and postage, implying more PCNs were issued and processed.

New Charges: From April 2025, London boroughs, including Lambeth, increased PCN charges, aiming to improve deterrence and potentially increasing revenue.

Where to Find Specific Data:

Lambeth Council Website: Look for "Parking Annual Reports," "Traffic & Parking Performance Data," or "Freedom of Information (FOI) Responses" for detailed statistics on appeals, cancellations, and payments for 2025.
London Tribunals: They provide statistics on appeals, which can give insight into cancellations.

While exact 2025 numbers aren't public yet (as it's early 2026), trends show Lambeth issues many PCNs, collects substantial revenue, and faced rising enforcement costs, suggesting a high rate of paid/unappealed notices.
