Free Traffic Legal Advice

I am trying to contest a PCN on Lambeth's website. I have today to get it done as tomorrow the fine goes up.

I have entered the PCN and my registration and then pressed 'Next' but no matter how quickly I do it I get "Session Timed Out" (see link to image). This is happening on multiple devices with different search engines.

It is impossible to get anyone on the phone and there is no help online at all. It must be an issue at their end. Has anyone else experienced this and got a workaround? If I don't get the appeal in today the PCN will double and I cannot call them to tell them their website doesn't work.

Interestingly thought perhaps not surprisingly you are able to pay the PCN just not challenge it.

Any help would be appreciated. FRUSTRATING!
