I have informed them that I had the authority to represent the company, am waiting on the response as the photo of the website shows……….so bottom line not sorted yet, again waiting on them

Hi All,
Hope everyone is doing well..
Here is the latest snapshots of letters from Lambeth with regard to representation
Rejection of me representing the company I work for

Even with me informing them, that it is written in my contract of employment, they keep asking for the owner to represent, the company is the registered owner, I am employed by the company.

Surely If they do not wish me to represent the company, why are they writing to me at my address and not directly to the company address.

Any suggestions would be appreciated as this has been going on since April

Hi all,

Lambeth have sent this to the company, as they would not accept that I have been given the authority to represent the company as the driver.
Any advise would be appreciated

I refer to all correspondence in this matter.

Please peruse the current status (attached) and the contents of your Charge Certificate. The former contains the usual contradictory information while the latter is an illegal document and unlawful demand for money by virtue of the fact it states This notice is for a parking contravention Traffic Management Act 2004.

Desired outcome

The Charge Certificate to be cancelled forthwith and the Penalty Charge Notice.
