Hi Everyone,
I've been given a ticket at this famous site. I am the dark car behind the black van. Does anyone think its worth appealing? My view was blinded by the van in front. [ Guests cannot view attachments ]

No chance on the contravention.
Hippo may have something on Lambeth's PCN/website issues.

IF I can access the PCN! As well as the website, I have worked on a novel representation v the PCN.
I am happy to give the OP my e mail address if it makes things easier to post the PCN. PM sent.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

Task for you: screenshot the payments status page AS IF to make a representation and report back and save.
I'll be back with a draft once I have seen the screenshot. And looked at the video.

I would not give up on the contravention but make a claim that it was the van failing to give way when the oncoming car stopped you did not have to anyone to give way too
