Thanks.

Seems Lambeth have their PCN Viewing site back up.

This is what they show for me as of today:

Seems the 14 day period for discounted rate in the letter doesn’t line up to the website (not that it matters if I await enforcement notice).

Good evening!

Here’s an update to this case.

I have no received the enforcement notice and have a few options laid out for me.

The letter can be viewed here: https://imgpile.com/p/SYVQbzC

I assume I now have to make formal representations. I have a general gist of what I think I should say but as always, your direction is welcomed.

Side note: I really dislike Lambeth council  >:(  (not just for this PCN either!)

Part of this is BS. Lorry Ban order etc. rubbish. This is not a ground. Back tomorrow,
@Incandescent!

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

Thanks.

Seems like Lambeth have a lot to sort out. The PCN website is still dodgy.

What should I tick? And do I say the same thing I said in the informal appeal, just to get to the adjudication stage?

I make these formal representations against the EN:

1. I require you to consider my original challenge as formal representation.

2. The EN is an unlawful document as it clearly contains one wrong ground of appeal. This is akin to a procedural impropriety.

In light of the above, please cancel the PCN and EN.

pdf and tick no contravention.

;D  I like the no BS approach. Will respond to them later this evening.

Thanks again!

Seems the Lambeth council website doesn’t match up to the letter reasons for making a representation (or I’m just not understanding it well)

Can I just double check What option do i pick from the list below please?

Second image is if I select challenge for other reasons. I’m presented with further options.

Save it for later: no contravention and put the other issues in a pdf as advised.
