Lambeth Cornwall Road SE1.PCN never received.Failing to comply 52M (PCN now reset)

Today I received this.

Firstly, I never received the original PCN. 🙄

Secondly, car crossed from one end to the other, going over Stamford Street and into Cornwall Street looking to park – never saw the restriction signs.

I know there's a procedure for resetting the time, but can someone remind me please? 🤔

Following on from this thread, I have now received the PCN that I never received originally:

The PCN has now been reset, so I have to decide what case I have for this – as in, driving straight into a 'no car zone' without realising the restrictions had changed. 🙄

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
