Kingston-upon-Thames, PCN 47j Stopped on restricted bus stop, Victoria Road

Morning all

Received a PCN for stopping on a restricted bus stand or stop on 17/06/25 at 14:56

It appears to be identical to this recent case here - https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/kingston-upon-thames-47j-stopped-on-restricted-bus-stop-victoria-road-surbiton/

Both of which seem to have been appealed successfully with the help of @Hippocrates

Hi,

The experts on the forum will want to see a full unredacted scan of the PCN so they can advise further, if you could do that and upload here then hopefully someone can advise further.

I appreciated Sphumphrey reaching out and everyone else's help on this, but I've decided to admit defeat and pay it. It just isn't worth any of my time.

I have however decided never to give Kingston borough council, or any business inside it, another penny.
