Thank you, I do feel like a bit of a dive for this

Thank you, I do feel like a bit of a dive for this
PM sent. We usually find a way.

Mitigating circumstances

I am the registered keeper of the vehicle. The driver is from the north of England and unfamiliar with the area. The stop was made to enable a disabled passenger to alight the vehicle - this is not shown in the video. We could not find any other place to park at the time.

Driving circumstances

While on the one way system we were  travelling on a bend on a 3 lane one way stretch of road, the driver decided it was not safe to stop there and block the traffic behind so she would look for the earliest opportunity to pull over. As we came around the 90 degree bend after some public house and  saw a large layby we  pulled over.

Signs

This bus stop appears to be quite a long one. Also, I put you to strict proof that any such upright sign is the correct colour and has been maintained to satisfy the TSRGD 2016 and  meet visibility and placement requirements under the Traffic Signs Manual (TSM) and TSRGD 2016.  We saw none at the beginning and none actually facing us.

Camera certification

I also put you to strict proof that you have a valid certificate.

As per my PM, add the personal details too but no need to post them here. I am happy to take this case on for you at the Tribunal.  Before you shoot off any representations, please draft to me first via PM.

Please edit accordingly as I am busy with a hearing tomorrow plus writing an appeal for another member at the moment. Please screenshot every page of the reps. page on their website too because it is pants: only 5 moving traffic grounds!

WELL DONE FOR FIGHTING AND NOT JOINING THE MUGGED CLUB.

@Incandescent!

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

If you do not challenge, you join "The Mugged Club".

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
