Hounslow Code 05u Parked after ticket expired Heathfield Terrace

Think this is probably a fair cop but thought it worth asking. PayByPhone parking expired at 17.06. No excuses, I just forgot to keep an eye on the time. I was parked in the bay just before the meter and green electrical(?) box.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

If your ticket expired at 17:06 and as the PCN was issued at 17:16 we'd say that the CEO did not allow the full 10 mins grace allowed by law and could not have issued until 17:17.
At least I think that's what we say.
