Asking for a friend. (So I can't post up any images...)

About a year ago or so I won a case (with the kind help of a Pepipoo forum member) against Barnet for a bus lane PCN at this location, due to them not having the right certificate (Home Office Approved) for the camera at this location.

Does anyone know if that is still the case and a PCN can be fought on these grounds or whether they have now sorted out their certificates/cameras?

Each camera installation stands alone, so your friend would need to ask the council or start a thread on here, at which point the "terriers" on here will chase it up; they love seeking out council "rats" ! At the moment, I doubt anybody knows.

They have sorted out their certificates.  As per the last advice, we need the details of the PCN.  cp won a case recently in which their star witness did not turn up.

PM sent.  ;D

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
