Hi All, have received two PCN 52M for failing to comply with LTN restrictions in Fulham. Have appealed first based on not knowing area/using satnav/unfair use of LTNs to raise revenue (first time I've ever cited Daily Mail article - which is unlikely to succeed, I think. But the second PCN includes an image that has clearly been redacted. Neither the vehicle reg or the signage is impacted but I feel it undermines the authenticity of the photograph. Does anyone else have a view/experience?
