Hi all,

I was wondering if I had any chance of appealing and winning the case, I am a new driver and got caught out as this is my first experience with temporary parking restrictions, it was late and dark as I parked up and wasn't aware of the sign and what it meant & was greeted with the ticket the next morning. I was wondering if the sign not being visible in the pictures with the car would be enough to get it thrown out?

All advice is appreciated

Please post-up the PCN, all sides.
The bay is permit holders only. So are you a permit holder ?

Please also post both sides of the unredacted PCN.

I am not a permit holder but I was parking in an unrestricted time as the restrictions run from 2-4pm, monday-friday

So you know the normal restriction times shown on the sign for the bay. So where was the suspension sign erected ? It looks as if it is on the same pole as the bay sign. In law, you have a duty when parking in a marked bay to look for the sign for the bay, to see what restrictions might apply. So I presume you didn't when parking on that particular night.

The PCN looks OK, BTW
