Hi all,

First time dealing with anything like this but come across this site as seems others have been caught out at the same camera.  I was fully unaware I was in a bus lane and from evidence still see no way of knowing i was. Would really appreciate any help available on what to say on my appeal.

I will draft something tomorrow. Meanwhile, take detailed shots of their website grounds and save them. Plus the caveat re ticking the box about false representations.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
