Yes, it's a complete no-brainer as Newham no longer offer the discount

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

They capitulated.  2250647048

After a further full investigation, I can confirm i have today cancelled this Penalty Charge Notice
due to incorrect signage at the location, therefore, there was no enforcement on this day.

I have also today do not contested the hearing at London Tribunals.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the initial investigation. (sic)
