Hi, I appealed theses fines using the information I found on here re the councils 1st strike policy - photo attached. My appeal was rejected. I wonder if I should appeal again or let it go, as the 1st strike policy appeals to be a good willl gesture and I understand they don’t have an obligation to cancel any fine. Tbh, for two of the fines the 50% discount period had lapsed when I appealed and they have offered the reduced payment for all three fines so I wonder if I should just take that a win. I’ve attached the three original fines and one rejection letter (as they are all exactly the same). TIA

The sole evidence is their video, and we must see these in conjunction with knowing your approach to the restriction signs to assess your chances. You've submitted reps once and got a reasonably favourable result. Can you please submit your reps.  Their policy is next to useless because it takes no account of mail delays. Problem with these cases is you are asking for mitigation for the 2nd and subsequent PCNs.

It's late in the day, so I'm going to bed ! I expect somebody will be on tomorrow to help. If you're happy with the result you have, then pay, because if you take them to London Tribunals the full PCN penalties will be in play, and unless we see the videos we can't assess your chances there.

Thanks Incandescent, I’ve advised my partner to take the hit and pay the discounted rate. I think the tickets are fair, it’s just a shame they didn’t offer the first strike discount but we won’t risk the fines increasing by appealing again. Thanks again, as always
