There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

Charge certificate sent 27th after decision was made on 21st. Now immediately rescinded after a strong complaint threatening - sorry, promising - a costs application.  8)

@cp8759 @mrmustard There are 6 cases at 15.30 this Friday in which Haringey will hotly contest the wording and even the right to make a collateral challenge.
