Hi,

I turned left instead of continuing straight on.  Just wondering if I can appeal this, and if it is likely to go to adjudicator, or if the council might accept appeal.  I think this might be related to a few other examples wherein the letter states 'Charge Certificate' instead of 'statement' if I have understood the other examples correctly.

Thanks for your help!

Possible shout on signs being obstructed by bus ahead.

Three traffic signal heads all containing the 'Straight Ahead"' arrow, so difficult to see what you might submit reps on.

There may, of course, be a 'technical' appeal. Hippocrates and our admininstrator, cp8759 are the experts on these. They are baseed on council mismanagement of the enforcement process, and are not related to the contravention itself They have won quite a few appeals now. Councils must obey the law same as you, believe it or not !

Thank you both - The query was more related to the letter - I have a seen a few previous posts wherein the wording around the 'Charge Certificate' is incorrect - however, I am not sure I have understood the examples correctly, so I was looking for some clarification around that?
