Upon arriving at the car park adjacent to the building, the driver found a space and parked the vehicle slightly to the right of the building. The vehicle was not blocking the entrance but may have been a few centimetres into a restricted section. On 05/08/2024.

in the images i have left out the disabled badge in the images for privacy reasons but it was displayed correctly

Post the PCN leaving in car reg and PCN number or just post these details.
You've posted tiny versions of pics and I'll repost the relevant ones so we can work out what's going on but it seems as you say that you are barely into the suspended area if at all.

You've obscured the PCN number...

PCN NUMBER: HZ77460975

The suspension sign says the suspension zone is from the entrance of 29-42 to entrance 43-56. This is to the right of your car which is right on the cusp of 43-56 but not over to me.

So - no contravention if we are judging entrance by the door or even the entry fence line.

+1
As clear a non-contravention as I can see, but you may have to take them to London Tribunals as all they want is your money.
