I have an EV car and I parked at an EV charging spot on byron avenue in east ham. I tried charging my car but the ev post was not working. I had remove the cable as the car would not lock otherwise. I took a screenshot of the site that showed that the ev charging post was not working . As the parking day was a Sunday, I did not move the car because there are no parking charges on that day.
On my return I got a PCN on my car windscreen. I have a screenshot of the the website showing the EV post was not working on my return as well . (which means nobody could've charged the car for the duration of my parking)
So appealed to the charge notice online and got an email from the council rejecting my appeal.
I've attached the rejection email, Is this worth pursuing?

You've blanked the details - post the council's pics.

There are mixed results in challenging EV contraventions and it usually relates to what the sign and traffic order say.

I think you'd probably lose this but I'll look at the order if I can get it.
