Please fill in the form once for each of the four PCNs, PN3987672A, PN39795559, PN39833603, PN39781678 to see can you get copies of the Notices of Rejection, is there are any. Fill in any further required details, such as your name and address, phone number etc.
Select the first option in the drop down box (Please select the nature of your enquiry) at the top, ie
"I have submitted a PCN challenge or representation, but have not received a response".
Please take a screen print of the form submission page for each PCN.
Please don't go into any unnecessary details about the PCNs. The objective is simply to get sight of the Notices of Rejection for each PCN, if any exist.

Have you had any response from Councillor John Morris? Yes or no?
And did you contact Bailiff Advice Online about Rundles? Yes or no?
