I don’t have that option anymore from the Council as the initial appeal went in (as I had mentioned previously). In the council website, the only option is to Pay or appeal via the tribunal

• Or you can appeal to the Environment & Trafic Adjudicators (ETA, part of London Tribunals) using the enclosed appeal form. This must be done no later than 28 days of this letter being served. An Adjudicator, who si independent of the Council, wil then consider your appeal and make a final decision about whether your appeal should be allowed or rejected by the Council. Their decision si legally binding on both you and the Council. Should the Adjudicator reject your appeal you wil be liable to pay the ful penalty charge of £130.00, sa at this stage you are unable to pay the 50% reduced amount.

The Adjudicator wli consider your appeal and make a final decision. Please note that an Adjudicator cannot allow an appeal on the basis of mitigating circumstances but may refer the case back ot the Authority for further consideration.
