Hi,
We've received a PCN where my wife entered a road without realising the new signs prohibiting motor vehicles from entering. I've a long term illness for which I attend the North Middlesex hospital multiple times a year since 2015. On this occasion I was having an endoscopy done it was supposed to finish by 15:30 and since COVID no one is allowed into the area with the patient. However, the procedure was delayed and I was finished past 20:00. As I was sedated for the procedure, I wasn't allowed to leave by myself. Hospital car park was full, as usual, and she was anxious/worried about me was desperately searching a for place to park the car and collect me. Amersham Avenue was where we usually parked when the hospital car park was full, on prior visits. She didn't pay attention to the new signs and drove into Amersham Avenue.

Signs look good enough. We'll have to look for issues with the PCN - others will know if Enfield's procedures are defective.

There is a serious problem with their website as, when you attempt to enter under select a reason a statutory ground, it shows as not available. Most adjudicators would allow on this. One hasn't. And I lost the review on it.
it and miss I am afraid.
